Our Mission, Goals, & Values

Founded in 1980 in University Town, Peshawar, Pakistan, the Qureshi International Fund (formerly Qureshi Association) was established to support needy community members. Today, we operate globally to break financial barriers in education and health.

The 1980 Foundation

It began with a group of like-minded family members meeting in Peshawar to discuss ways to uplift the community. This early “Qureshi Association” laid the groundwork for decades of service.

Building a Trust

To ensure long-term stability and a strong administrative infrastructure, the organization evolved from an association into the Qureshi International Fund. This shift ensured accountability and sustained growth.

100% Impact Policy

We adhere to strict guidelines under the Trust Charter. Administrative expenses are often met through specific sponsor returns or fixed investments, allowing donations to go directly to project costs.

International Chapters

We bridge resources across continents with active leadership in our Asia Chapter (Pakistan) and North America Chapter (Canada/USA), coordinating relief and welfare efforts globally.

Our Community

What started as a local initiative to help family members attain respectable positions in society has grown into a global movement.

Under the leadership of Founder Khalid Rauf Qureshi and our dedicated trustees, we have expanded beyond basic welfare. From the “Shireen Stem Cell Donor Campaign” in Torontoto flood relief works in Northern Pakistan, our community of volunteers works tirelessly to save lives and build futures.
